Season III: Robin Wolf, mixologist at The Hatch, Paso Robles, CA

 

Robin Wolf manages the bar at The Hatch Bar and Rotisserie in Paso Robles, in addition to producing craft bitters with her company SLO Bitter Co, consulting on cocktail lists for bars and restaurants, and competing on the international mixology circuit. We talked about growing up in a large family here on the Central Coast, her theater background, and the decade she spent living in New York.

Robin’s Rosemary Aperol Punch
(Makes enough for a party!)

Two cups aromatic gin
One cup Aperol
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1/4 cup rosemary simple syrup
1/4 cup lemon juice
10-15 dashes SBC Rose & Pink Peppercorn Bitters
One bottle prosecco
Sliced lemon wheels for garnish
Fresh rosemary for garnish

Combine all ingredients in large punch bowl, top with prosecco and garnish with lemon wheels and fresh rosemary.
